Sales Conditions

1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by SARL Marrakech Weekend, a holiday rental agency - concergerie facilitating short-term property rentals.

By booking a property through our agency, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Booking Process

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A deposit is required to secure a booking.
  • Full payment must be made no later than 15 days before arrival.
  • Bookings are not confirmed until written confirmation is received. (digital)

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other agreed methods.
  • Any applicable service fees or local taxes will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

4. Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit may be required.
  • This deposit covers damage, breakages, or additional cleaning. It is refunded within 10 days after departure, minus any deductions.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 15 days before arrival: full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival: 100% cancellation fee.
  • No-shows or early departures: no refund.

6. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must respect the property, neighbors, and local laws.
  • No parties or events without prior written permission.
  • Maximum occupancy limits must be respected.
  • Smoking is not allowed indoors.
  • Pets are only allowed with prior agreement.

7. Agency Liability

  • We act solely as an intermediary between the guest and the property owner.
  • We are not liable for loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience caused during the stay, except in cases of gross negligence.

8. Property Description and Accuracy

  • We strive to ensure all property information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Minor discrepancies may occur due to changes or updates by the owner.

9. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions).

10. Privacy Policy

  • Personal data will be handled according to applicable data protection laws.
  • We will not share your information with third parties, except as required to process your booking or comply with legal obligations.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Morroco. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Marrakech.
